1. Introduction
Welcome to Balanced Business. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you (“Client”) and Balanced Business (“Service Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for virtual assistant and administrative support services. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms in full.
2. Services Provided
We offer back-end administrative support, social media assistance, and related virtual assistant services as agreed in your Service Agreement or Scope of Work. Specific tasks may include, but are not limited to:

Email inbox management

Client onboarding and offboarding

CRM data entry and updates
-
Invoicing and payment tracking
-
Content planning and scheduling

Customer engagement support
3. Client Responsibilities
To provide effective service, clients agree to:

Provide timely access to relevant accounts, platforms, and tools.

Supply accurate information and necessary materials for task completion.

Respond promptly to communications to enable efficient workflow.

Respect deadlines and communicate any changes in advance.
4. Payment Terms

Fees and payment schedules will be outlined in your individual Service Agreement.

Payments must be made on time as agreed; late payments may result in service delays or suspension.

Additional work beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately with prior client approval.
5. Confidentiality
We commit to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information and data. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without your consent unless required by law.
6. Intellectual Property

All materials and content created by Balanced Business during service delivery remain the property of the client upon full payment.

Balanced Business retains the right to use general skills and knowledge acquired during the engagement for other projects.
7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy and professionalism, Balanced Business will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

Clients acknowledge that some outcomes depend on factors beyond our control, including client responsiveness and external platform changes.
8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 14 days’ written notice.

Upon termination, all outstanding fees must be settled promptly.

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if the client breaches any material term of this agreement.
9. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, both parties agree to negotiate in good faith to reach a resolution before pursuing legal action.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
11. Changes to Terms
Balanced Business reserves the right to update these Terms as necessary. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
